1. Monthly group lessons
1.1 Maximum of 4 people per coach.
1.2 The lesson fee includes the court fee, equipment and coach fee.
1.3 The use of the racket is free of charge for TWO of the first two sessions. After that, 5 EUR per training session.
1.4 If a player is not able to participate in a training session, he/she must be notified at least 24h before the start of the training session by sending a notification to [email protected]. In this case we can assist in finding a replacement place.
1.4.1 In case of absence, you may send another player to train in your place, provided that the player plays at a similar level to the others in the group.
1.4.2 If the main player or the coach can find a substitute for a group lesson, the substitute will be given a one-off substitute training place; this is possible six times for all players. Alternatively, attendance at a 'Social Tennis' event held on the last Friday of each month (no extra charge).
1.5 If no substitute can be found, no substitute time will be offered to the main player.
1.6 In case of absence, the possibility of a replacement lesson is valid for a maximum of 60 days

1.7 If a player wishes to cancel their permanent spot in the group, they must provide written notice at least 30 calendar days in advance. The club has the right to use this time to find a suitable replacement player.
2. Private lessons
2.1 If a player is unable to come to training, the coach or Anett Schuttings must be informed at least 24h before the start of training. Without notification, the coach's hour and the tennis court fee will be due.
2.2 In case a player does not take advantage of his training package, he may sell or donate his package to another player.
2.3 Expiry dates of prepaid packages:
- 5 sessions training package is valid for 60 days
- 10 sessions training package is valid for 120 days
