Our tennis school for adults offers in-depth development at every level, from the "Quick Start Program" to the "Advanced" and "Competitive Program". Each stage supports the growth of the player's skills and confidence.
The "Advanced Programme" builds on the skills acquired in the "Fast Start Programme", helping players to further develop their technique and feel for the game. We will also introduce elements of competitive play in a supportive and motivating environment.
The "Competitors Programme" is for those who want to take their game to the next level. We focus on advanced skill development, intensive training and mental preparation to help players succeed in competitive situations.
Our "High Level Coaching Programme" is aimed at talented players who want to compete at the top level. It offers individual coaching, holistic player development and support in competitive tournaments.
The Children's Tennis School Developmental Pathway programme offers a structured learning process, starting with the Blue Stage, where children learn basic tennis skills such as balance, movement and handling the racket and ball in a supportive environment.
The Red Etap uses larger, lower-pressure balls and a customized field to allow children to develop their skills while emphasizing fun and learning.
In the Orange Etap, skills are honed with medium pressure balls, focusing on movement, stroke technique and tactical awareness.
In the Green Etap, players aged 9-11 will focus on improving their skills in an intermediate to advanced programme, focusing on movement, strategy and stability.
In the Yellow Etap, players progress from intermediate to advanced level using standard yellow balls, opening up a full spectrum of technical and tactical possibilities.

Why play tennis?
Playing tennis offers a multitude of benefits that go beyond just physical fitness. It's a fantastic way to stay active and healthy while having a blast. Tennis helps improve coordination, agility, and balance, making you sharper on and off the court. Plus, it's a great stress reliever! Smacking that ball around releases endorphins, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It's also a sport you can play at any age, fostering social connections and teamwork. So, why play tennis? Because it's not just a game—it's a lifestyle that boosts your body, mind, and soul.
Which racket should I buy?
For beginner tennis players, choosing the right racket can make all the difference in your game. Look for a racket that feels comfortable and lightweight in your hand, making it easier to swing and control. Opt for a racket with a larger head size, as this provides a larger sweet spot, giving you more forgiveness on off-center hits. Additionally, consider the grip size—choose one that feels comfortable but not too tight, allowing you to maintain a secure hold without straining your hand. As you progress, you can experiment with different racket features to find the perfect fit for your playing style. Ultimately, the best racket for you is one that feels like an extension of your arm, empowering you to play your best tennis.
What is the right racket grip size for me?
Use the guide below to accurately measure the size of your hand and grip. You can download or print the guide below. In the guide, your middle finger determines the size of your grip. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
